Hi.. This is Kia Spectra 2001 Manual crank no start..it has no immobilizer. i See no rpm on scanner but 5V Cam sensor Ok..Crank sensor has 2 wires ..i jump separate 2 wires to ECU..still no rpm..If i connect it to scope only(without connecting to ecu) i see 1V... Login to read more.
