30" Hg is 30" Hg. WELL within the reach of even a cheap Chinese a/c vacuum pump. Or around 26", if you're in Denver.

As has recently been discussed in this forum, a full 30" might be a mistake on a p/s rack, as the rack seals probably will let air in somewher... Login to read more.
