OK, this is more of a rant than a help post, but it shows what we face at times.

Customer complaint, his Cayman S doesnt manually shift. Once a week or 2 if he slides the shifter to MANUAL mode, the dash lamp switches to M and the car does what he tells it. ... Login to read more.
