I remember an old 90s GM product that the VSS was exceeding 200mph rolling at 10mph and causing fuel cut. But I believe it was an OBD1(Was over 20 years ago), and there were service messages about it causing that issue from a cracked ring or bad sensor magnet ... Login to read more.
