I'm not 100% sure,but doesn't the primary cartridge need "diesel insight" to communicate? our shop scanner doesn't have a power pack and it communicates fine with our 98 power [...] cartridge in the scanner is updated to 99 and says "diesel insight" on the [..... Login to read more.
