Gene, as Victor explained, a 60 ma drain is nothing. What counts is the AVERAGE current draw over an extended time interval. The higher end Fluke meters, with the min/max/average function, can measure this. A DVOM with a min/max function can not provide this u... Login to read more. ![]()
