Right after I posted this I went back to the wiring diagrams and diagnostic tree. Somehow I missed that a pink wire coming off the ignition switch is supposed to supply 12 volts to the tipm on cranking. It is labeled f20. I had voltage at the ignition switch, ... Login to read more.
