Hi Ted,

According to the Honda document "How the Immobilizer Circuit Works" that I found in about 15 seconds on Identifix, the Immobilizer sends a go/no go signal to the ECM to turn on the PGM-FI Main Relay 2 to enable the fuel system. Login to read more.
