2010 Silverado- add cruise control

I have a customer who has a 2010 Chevy 3500 with a 6.0L gas engine in it. He bought it used and it did not come with cruise control.

He went to a junk yard and installed a new steering wheel with cruise control buttons and plugged it all in.
