Had one of the machinist come out and reinstall a new insert. even he said that the insert he has doesn't go down all the way, but that that length was the longest that he can get. i just pulled all the other plugs and the other cylinder that had an insert installed by them seems to have gotten hotter than the others but not as hot as the one that melted. the other three cylinders that didn't get an insert look fine. I'm trying to run a leak down test now. Gauge says 95% leak down but I can't feel air coming from anywhere. Still trying to hunt that down
