I haven't pulled the head back off yet. I'm trying not to have to do that. In a previous reply i mentioned that I called the machine shop to see what they want to do because as of right now it seems like a problem with their insert. I doubt I'm going to be able to put a big sert in it though because the spark plug already sits pretty close to the valve without any insert and with the insert that they installed it got really close. I remember having checked them prior to installing the head when doing the head gasket.
