2001 8.0 V-10 balancer sparking, Dodge 4X4

2001 V-10 Dodge 4X4 spark jumping every 15 seconds or so off of the front of the balancer, take the belt off and goes away. Does not affect the way it runs . ideas ? Login to read more.
