I've had a similar issue before. In my Autel 601 tool there is a special functions tab that has a 'dash TPMS reset' I could toggle each wheel on the dash off and on. It solved my problem on a few Honda's and Chrysler's. Maybe see if your tool has something sim... Login to read more.
