I have had this issue and it usually resulted in a bad fuse or bad fuse connection. Don't trust the quick test light method. Pull fuses and inspect, Ohm out and reinstall. Being that you get communications with a "cheap" code reader usually means DLC pins are ... Login to read more. ![]()
