I would focus on the horn. Horn goes to right(cruise control switch). Cruise switch sends signal via LIN bus through clock spring to SCCM. SCCM sends Signal via LIN to cluster. Any codes? Check scan dat in cluster to see if it has horn request. Verify power/gr... Login to read more.
