these are a pain to relearn, I have fixed by, hard reset, batt cables off, tie together 30 minutes, next, very important do this on a cold engine, key on then off a few times to learn tps, then use scanner function to do relearn, I KNOW ALL procedures say to do at operating temp, but the one I fought , for days, finally took, good luck, please send feedback if you try this method.

I do agree with others, confirm fast idle wax pellet functions properly. and look at throttle plate to determine if base setting not correct, pretty fast and easy if you look at throttle plates regularly.

I also clean the maf sensor prior.
