Assuming the oil supply to the OCV is good and the OCV is
not sticking, then I am thinking the cam phaser may be bad.
When the ECM tries to change the B1 cam timing, it can't and
finally the phaser pops to full advance, at which time the
duty cycle reacts. ![]()
