...Yup...steam damage (cavitation)...that is MELTED...I saw a (plastic) radiator today that had the seat for the radiator cap EATEN away (shop next door got it at "The Zone") and the overflow nipple area was heavily eroded as well... on a 1 month old rad... Login to read more.
