NO, for Toyota used keys you have to do all keys lost which on a 2002 RX300 does not exist. You either have to get something like EZFlasher (which also doesn't exist anymore) to rewrite the immobilizer chip to accept new keys or get a new key from Toyota then ... Login to read more.
