In addition to what Rob suggested, take a look to see if the valves on 7 have the same lift as the other cylinders. Might be losing a cam. I believe that is an AFM engine, and if it is, #7 uses an AFM lifter. Beyond mechanical, you didn't mention fuel trims-wo... Login to read more.
