Hi Woody,

I sometimes find TDC by using an old spark plug with the electrode bit removed and replaced by a short rod brazed in its place. When this is screwed into No. 1 spark plug hole it will stop the piston getting to TDC. Carefully! turn the engine one w... Login to read more.
