Alternator transient voltage spikes?

I was checking the MAF voltage & ground and noticed voltage spikes on the MAF power wire. I checked @ the B+ alt. stud which is pictured. Picoscope reads MAX of just over 18 volts and they occur regularly. Of course... Login to read more.
