I just found the issue. The "Y" hose that attaches to the idle solenoid wasn't open where it comes off the main air boot. Was molded wrong. When I wasn't able to raise the idle rpm with the scan tool it made me think, maybe the new hose was made wrong. And it ... Login to read more.
