99 Camry running rich
I have a 99 Camry with a 2.2L engine (Federal Emissions)
that came in from a used car lot. It will not run unless you
hold your foot on the pedal. Their "mechanic" fired the
parts cannon at it with no luck. (plugs, wires, O2, throttle
body, etc...)
