I used to use a 5/32" drill in the throttle plate. Made the hole just behind the cap. Then used a Dremel with emery cutter to slice a skinny groove through the aluminum to the cap. Tap, tap, tap, with a 1/8" punch and the caps normally punched right out leavin... Login to read more.
