2002 Dakota 4x4 4.7L No Start
This vehicle stalled in the customers driveway. I checked it and found that there are no codes, the starter is working and it cranks the engine well. No codes and the odometer displays No Bus. I checked some of the sensors that require 5 volts and found the voltage low. After searching the internet i decided to try a used engine control module (module is off of a 2002 Dakota with a 4.7L engine). Dodge does not even supply a control module any more. After installing the used module it now starts, runs 3 seconds and stalls. Do i need to have the used module programmed?
