You should be able to communicate with CAS with the key off. If you can’t, get a wiring diagram and access the CAS connector. Check that whatever wire on the diagram labeled 15WUP (memory serves is gn/rd wire) has 12v on it. If no 12v, there is your problem. I... Login to read more.
