Programming Turbo After Replacing

Have a 07 GMC 2500 6.6 diesel vin 1GTHK23D17F107783 needs a turbo are there any aftermarket scanners that will program the turbo? We have a modus that doesn’t show any programming for that. Thanks Login to read more.
