Closely review other scan tool parameters to see is the PCM "knows" it should be awake and thinking, not just awake and displaying data. e.g. ASD SENSE should switch to ON for a second or two, then go OFF without RPM. Check that the fuel pump primes, KOEO. Che... Login to read more.
