Pcm signal to fan controller
Fans will not run with AC or over heat...power and ground to controller light a bright bulb. The white with blue wire from the pcm to the fan controller goes to ground with the key on. No pulse width. From what I can tell 90% pulse width to ground is full spee... Login to read more.
