What scan tool are you using? Can you access the EPS ECU and monitor Battery voltage and DRDD voltage with Key On ready Off? What I have found is when the EPS ECU goes bad from a collision Key On Ready Off you'll see battery voltage in the scan data. [2006 Lex... Login to read more.
