Have an 013 Express that has a hard surge under moderate load. Tach jumps from 1300 to 600 like a see-saw. Checked fuel pressure, steady at 62psi, new MAP, MAF, & throttle body. Only happens hot. It does set a P0106 manifold pressure circuit, but I'm not sure ... Login to read more.
