Use a flat chisel on your air hammer, rattle the heads sideways a little, hammering against a flat if possible. (don't worry, the bolts are shot anyhow...). If you can get access (pretty sketchy), move a bolt head left then right, or up then down. Go ahead and... Login to read more.
