I have seen some issues, same as when Dexcool came out. Low fluid levels, air mixing=brown crud. Also, some of the coooler/filter assemblies such as on the 3.6 engines tend to leak and sometimes mix oil and coolant. I'd look for traces of oily, floating residu... Login to read more.
