It turned out to be the Intelligent Battery Sensor/module. Actually, unplugging or shorting the two terminals together also prevented the draw. I replaced it and it repeatedly would time out from an ignition off/ closing drivers door. 5 minutes 6 seconds at 20... Login to read more.
