You are correct the 12V to pin 86 is from the PCM,and the ground pin 7 is also from the PCM. I see where the ambiguity comes in with the SJB, it has a 20A fuse going to the ignition switch, inputing a signal to the PCM. It's not designated,but pin 86... Login to read more.
