We just fixed a 2010 Buick Lacrosse 3.0L here that had an intermittent CKP sensor problem. The sensor would very briefly short 5V reference voltage to the signal wire, and this would either cause the idle to "blip" or cause the engine to stall, with no trouble... Login to read more.
