are you leaving the vehicle outside overnight,most fords and lots of GMs won,t run evap if the ambient temp for the whole vehicle is below 40 degrees f. on " overnight cold start'.and the ect under 150 or so to do service bay test. if you want to chance it run... Login to read more.
