Stuart, we had a similar problem with a reman engine. Ford 5.8, burned headgasket twice, looked hard each time for vac leaks, we also have a smoke machine which showed nothing. We know about the vacuum problems and relocating the pcv valve so that wasn't a fac... Login to read more.
