Simply put, the Ford Unit or other scanners are programmed to pulse the solenoids when the modulator is replaced so it can be bled. We just activate each solenoid with a jumper while a pressure or vacuum bleeder is used (Bendix system). As its Easter I don't h... Login to read more.
