We rebuild all our carb jobs at our shop. Snap-On sells a reamer and bushings and new screws. The reamer is chucked up to a hand drill and reams the base plate. Tap the bushings in place with a small hammer and reassemble the throttle shaft. Very easy to do. I... Login to read more.
