I got a 2010 2.5i Outback in the shop.

Removed 7.5 amp EGI+Batt. fuse in underhood fuse box, placed amp meter in fuse slot.

Readings with key off and out, doors locked was zero

Turned ignition key on reading .05 milliamps.
