Do you have any DTC's stored in the PCM? By the Vin I can see that the fuel pump was replaced under warranty in May of 2017, and then TSB 15-0137 was performed in June of 2017. I would check voltage to the FPCM and load test both the power and ground circuits... Login to read more.
