Phillip, OK, I re read the post. The Pertronix fire 50K plus volts. So maybe it is bad. Is there a scorched mark on the side of the module that faces the rotor? If so it is bad. You should be able to find some info on line, also try a coil. Yeah yeah I know, t... Login to read more.
