Re: Rear main seal repeated leak
The seal fits into a little cast iron housing with 5 bolt holes, doesn't it? If so, there should be a drain hole from that housing to drain any leakage from the bearing back into the sump, and possibly a matching hole in the block to pass it along. Might this ... Login to read more. ![]()
