We've seen on new/reman short blocks with all new parts as much as 115-120PSI on initial cold start up and than a drop off to about 90PSI. Warm usually 30-40PSI at idle and 50-70PSI off idle. As the engine wears the pressures drop but never see below 15-20PSI ... Login to read more.
