Wow, I'm feeling dumb now... I just assumed that because I saw 390mv on both wires the fuse must be good, but apparently that was just ground voltage I was seeing. Found a burnt fuse, replaced, cycled the engine on / off twice and the code went away... Haven't... Login to read more.
