That compression is mighty low. The fuel injector may have a bad spray pattern, if the fuel isn't properly atomized it won't sufficiently burn and gradually fuel flood the spark plug. That may be why when you 'Hot-Fire' it , it clears up, and runs good for a w... Login to read more.
