2007 Mercedes Benz C230 No Crank no Start

I'm working in this 2007 C230 2.5 V6, that is coming from another shop, the vehicle won't Start and and no Cranking, I have no codes, and VIN reads fine on ECM, and don't have any immobilizer codes either.
