Eric have you done this on a 2012 Subaru? It does not work. Floor it at anything over 4K shift into neutral and the engine shuts down. Only way I can not get the engine to shut down is to let it get to high gear keep the rpms under 3500 about 50% throttle and ... Login to read more.
